Your Role
As an Ecommerce Marketing Account Manager, you work in lockstep with Marketing Directors to support a core group of ecommerce clients. Your primary goal is to ensure marketing plans are built, executed and delivered on schedule, on brand and achieve clientsβ goals, and ensure clients feel connected to their Human team, strategy and results.
Responsibilities
β’ Develop a deep understanding of the clientβs brand, personas, company, goals and competitive landscape
β’ Create and manage campaign calendars based on the client strategy
β’ Build marketing briefs and collaborate with internal teams, including email, paid media and brand, to ensure deliverables achieve client objectives
β’ Lead client meetings to communicate strategy updates, field client questions, and ensure critical information is relayed between the client and internal team
β’ Review client deliverables for quality assurance, ensuring alignment with clientβs brand, preferences, campaign strategy and goals
β’ Manage ecommerce campaigns and oversee smooth, error-free launches
β’ Build client reports and communicate campaign results to stakeholders
β’ Support marketing directors with task execution to ensure client needs are met
β’ Work with marketing directors to distill monthly marketing plans into achievable tasks, understand task requirements and accurately assign time estimates
β’ Own deliverable deadlines, including managing team capacity and ensuring marketing deliverables are completed on schedule
Required Skills
β’ 3β5+ years of ecommerce marketing experience across digital, paid search/social, email, SMS, content, and social media
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (internal and client-facing)
β’ Strong relationship, organizational, and project management skills
β’ Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Technical Delivery)
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment (agency experience preferred)
β’ Results-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
β’ Continuous learner with a growth mindset
