Role description
We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic Consumer Experience Marketing (CXM) team as a E-commerce Marketing & Merchandising, LG.com!
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Embrace LGβs Consumer Experience Marketing (CXM) strategy and ownership areas to support LGβs Business Units (product groups) needs for engagement and sales.
β’ Works with Director of eCommerce Marketing and Merchandising to develop, support and implement best-in-class marketing content, experiences and initiatives.
β’ Lead the merchandising & commercialization of new product launches, translating functional and technical specs into compelling and differentiated consumer propositions.
β’ Lead key Point-of-Contact for LGβs Business Units to fulfill marketing and merchandising content.
β’ Facilitate Brand Marketing needs to create & execute marketing page launches, campaigns and initiatives on LG.com (also known as Online Brand Store).
β’ Partner with the Digital Transformation (DXP) β Demand Generation team to create synergistic content for product launches and promotional activities on the website and Performance Marketing Channels (e.g. Paid Media, Digital Ads, SMS, Email, 1:1, Personalization, etc).
β’ Manage the Creative Services Group (CSG) to create marketing & merchandising content (e.g. product pages, image assets, copy) by utilizing CXMβs Brand Marketing teamsβ campaign strategy & messaging/visual toolkits.
β’ Support Content Operations (XPS) team to launch marketing & merchandising content (e.g. product pages, image assets, copy) on LG.com (Online Brand Store/OBS), Partner Store (PS) and Employee Store (EOS).
β’ Support the Digital Transformation (DXP) β Technical team to optimize and launch end-to-end journey enhancements on LG.com (Online Brand Store).
β’ Gather and leverage insights by partnering with Consumer Marketing Insights (CMI) team and Data/Analytics teams to inform content and/or experience deliverables and presentations.
β’ Prepare, gather & build PowerPoint presentations that include various CXM partner groups (e.g. CXM Brand Marketing teams that support.
β’ Monitor and report metrics that measure their impact to deliver business and brand equity goals.
β’ Monitor and influence cross-functional marketing teams (e.g. Social Media Marketing & Channel Marketing) to plan, develop and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns and content across websites.
β’ Monitor competitive landscape and identifies implications, potential business impacts.
Job Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing or related field with 12+ years of digital marketing, marketing strategy and/or new product commercialization with a proven track record of results.
β’ Experience in leading e-commerce marketing/merchandising communication, development and story telling.
β’ Experience and success in managing and influencing matrixed-org, multi-dimensional stakeholders.
β’ Experience and success in developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns and product launches including collaborative marketing and business strategies, operationalizing internal teams (and vendors), monitoring performance, measuring results and campaign recapping.
β’ Experience in managing and developing operational processes and workflows to aid in optimizing and innovating efficiencies in job responsibilities.
β’ Experience in developing success measurement frameworks and enabling reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards).
β’ Deep experience in project management tools (e.g. Trello, Jotforms, JIRA/Confluence)
β’ Distilling data and complex business issues into effective storytelling and merchandising activities that clearly articulates solutions, opportunities and recommended action.
β’ Developing and presenting compelling, engaging and polished PowerPoint presentations that inform, inspire and influence leadership.
β’ 5-day work week in NJ corporate office.
