We’re scaling rapidly, and we need a dynamic eCommerce Merchandiser & Copywriter for our Shopify & Marketplace Platforms to drive our next phase of growth. Who We’re Looking For We’re on the hunt for a word-savvy, detail-obsessed, ecommerce powerhouse who knows how to create exceptional customer experiences from the very first click. This role is part copywriter, part UX whisperer, and part Shopify ninja—someone who can translate our bold brand personality into high-converting copy and user journeys across our Shopify storefront and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and beyond) You’ll be the go-to storyteller for our entire product catalog, working closely with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure every listing looks amazing, reads like us, and sells like hell. What You’ll Do • Oversee daily operations and performance of the Shopify storefront, including site updates, product listings, and promotions. • Write, edit, and optimize copy for product pages, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and seasonal launches • Ensure that all Marketplace platforms have consistent copy, voice, product descriptions, photography/graphics applicable to each platform’s style (Etsy, Amazon, eBay, etc.) • Keep our brand voice locked in across every touchpoint—from product descriptions to CTAs to taglines. • Implement and manage custom themes, apps, and integrations to enhance customer experience. • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and design teams for product readiness. • Monitor and optimize website performance, user flow, and conversion metrics then tweak and test until things click • Maintain product accuracy across descriptions, pricing, images, specs, and inventory • Keep our digital asset library organized and up-to-date using Canto (no digital dumpster fires here) What You Bring to the Squad • 3+ years managing Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms • 3+ years of copywriting experience—preferably in ecommerce, lifestyle, or sports • Comfort working across multiple marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, and eBay • A passion for writing copy that converts and connects • Familiarity with asset management tools (like Canto) • Experience juggling deadlines, projects, and a little bit of chaos—without dropping the ball • A deep appreciation for clean UX, smart CTAs, and a killer headline • Experience with customization tool Customilly and upsell tool Vitals a plus.
