As we continue to grow our digital presence across North America, we invite a detail-driven and solution-oriented professional to join our dynamic e-commerce team. β€’ This is a contractor role through March 2026 β€’ Weekly pay, up to $32/hr β€’ 4 days a week on-site, 1 day remote Job Summary We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations Administrator to support the continued growth and success of our online business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by managing the end-to-end process of online order fulfillment, cross-functional coordination, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will support seamless order flow, ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, and provide cross-departmental communication with teams such as Supply Chain, Logistics, and Client Relations. This role is integral in maintaining the operational integrity of our e-commerce experience. Key Responsibilities β€’ Monitor and support daily e-commerce operations across departments including Client Relations, Supply Chain, and Logistics. β€’ Ensure timely processing of orders, returns, and exchanges, tracking stock transfers and managing inventory assortments. β€’ Act as the SAP key user for e-commerce operations; collaborate closely with internal partners including IT, Fraud, and Sales Audit teams to resolve order or system-related issues. β€’ Manage and respond to escalated client cases through the Client Relations/E-Commerce inbox; support rapid resolution and service recovery. β€’ Assist in managing product visibility and sellability online in partnership with Marketing, Merchandising, and the E-Commerce Project Manager. β€’ Analyze patterns in order/system issues and suggest process improvements. β€’ Identify stock-out trends and assist in optimizing inventory allocation. β€’ Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed. Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or merchandising preferred. β€’ Proficient in SAP and Salesforce or similar systems; ability to quickly learn new platforms. β€’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. β€’ Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. β€’ Team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service mindset. β€’ Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving ability. β€’ Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
