Key responsibilities
Content:
Researches and crafts high-quality, engaging product descriptions, landing page copy, display banners, and other retailer creative.
Develops and refines content to support SKUs across digital retail channels, including Amazon A+ Content.
Content Optimization:
Performs keyword research and implements SEO best practices to improve product visibility and organic search rankings.
Optimizes content for conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing and analysis of performance metrics.
Ensures consistent brand voice, tone, and style across all online content.
Platform Management:
Acts as a super-user of retailer platforms, exploring new tactics and understanding new capabilities to drive optimal site merchandising, navigation, and enhanced content.
Manages ongoing digital content changes for all SKUs within retailer portals or content management systems like Salsify.
Performs routine audits of all product listings across retailer platforms to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
Ensures that all product content complies with individual retailer standards and content guidelines.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Analyzes competitive and complementary products to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitors and analyzes content performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and report on content ROI.
Adjusts content strategies based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
Collaboration:
Collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, design, and IT teams to ensure content alignment with broader business goals.
