Responsibilities: Create business strategy to increase sales. Manage and oversee day-to-day sales performance on various marketplaces. Ensure that all data across different marketplaces is accurate. Work cross functionally amongst different teams to ensure the team is meeting sales goals. Identify areas of sales improvement. Own the overall site merchandising process. Conduct analytical market reports to find areas of improvement. Develop site presences amongst different platforms. Qualifications: 5+ years of operations and e-commerce experience. Previous experience using Shopify and Amazon platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce market places. Experience in site merchandising. Highly proficient in Excel. Ability to handle multiple projects at once. Excellent written and communication skills.
