Role description
Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing site updates across our Shopify Plus and Recharge ecosystem. You’ll manage day-to-day merchandising, support product drops and campaigns, and ensure a seamless and high performing user experience. As a key player on the digital team, you’ll collaborate across Growth, Creative, Tech, and Product to ensure that every customers touchpoint, from homepage to checkout to subscription settings is smooth, data-informed, and conversion-focused. Duties and Responsibilities • Manage and update site content across Shopify and Recharge, including product pages, bundles, landing pages, and promotions • Execute new product launches, homepage updates, and seasonal campaigns • Own the QA and UAT process for all site changes to ensure cross-device functionality and flawless UX • Optimize subscription experience through Recharge workflows, settings, and testing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotions and support growth initiatives • Coordinate with engineering/tech teams to troubleshoot bugs, test customer flows, and launch experiments • Maintain accurate tracking and attribution by ensuring pixels, tags, and event tools are firing correctly • Keep detailed documentation of changes through a running changelog and knowledge base Education and Experience • 2–4 years of experience in an ecommerce or digital merchandising role, preferably in a DTC environment • Experience using Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred) and Recharge or a similar subscription platform • Working familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 and Meta Pixel • Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo, Figma, Replo, Microsoft Clarity, ClickUp, or A/B testing tools • Bonus: Light knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic styling or troubleshooting Required Skills and Abilities • Highly detail-oriented and quality-obsessed—you double check everything before it ships • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • Comfort working in fast-paced, experiment-heavy environments • Passion for building seamless customer journeys and high-converting ecommerce flows This is a remote position.
