We are hiring
Title: Ecommerce Specialist Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States (On-site work)
Responsibilities: ● Oversight and management of all ecommerce platforms, including but not limited to website upkeep, product listings, inventory control, and order fulfillment.● Implement effective strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and optimize the user experience to boost online sales and revenue.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and product management) to develop and execute ecommerce initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches.● Continuously assess and improve the online shopping experience, including site navigation, content, checkout process, and overall usability.● Stay informed about changes in e-commerce laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards.●Execute promotional activities and markdowns in alignment with campaign schedules and seasonal strategies.●Generate reports analyzing key metrics, such as sales performance, website traffic, and Amazon advertising, to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the ecommerce strategy and improving overall performance.
Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, showcasing a solid foundation of knowledge.● Has 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in ecommerce or a similar role within the retail or consumer goods industry.● Experience in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central is a bonus.● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.● Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.● Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate ecommerce strategies and goals.
