Job Description:
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the eCommerce Merchandiser 2, you will collaborate closely with fellow merchants, buyers, and cross-functional teams at [Client] including Digital and Stores Buying, Consumer Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Site Merchandising, and Brand Marketing. Additionally, you will engage with finance, operations, and insights/analytics teams to leverage business reporting encompassing quantitative and qualitative metrics on sales, inventory, and consumer behaviors. You will report to the Buying Director of your team.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
• Partnering to bring the seasonal assortment to life on Digital platforms.
• Understanding business and marketplace aspects to coordinate between genders, brands, and individual products or collections.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure assortment plans meet consumer demand and execute strategies.
• Developing consumer-centric assortment plans across multiple seasons, incorporating client's market position and competitive landscape.
• Participating in seasonal buy reviews and in-season trading to optimize growth in collaboration with critical partners.
• Responsible for 50% of the Women’s Sportswear Footwear business, focusing on Classics and Solar.

• Experience in footwear, apparel, equipment, or relevant consumer product buying and/or merchandising.
• Understanding of retail and digital profit-based metrics such as sell-through, turn, ASP, UPT, etc.
• Ability to contribute to and drive strategic initiatives into actionable plans.
