About the job Ecommerce Content & Operations Specialist (Amazon + Key Retailers) Location: Baltimore, MD Department: Sales Reports to: VP of Global Sales Position Summary The Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for supporting LifeStraw’s Amazon 1P business and key ecommerce retailer accounts including Walmart.com, Target.com, Envoy B2B, and other marketplaces. This role owns the day-to-day execution and optimization of our digital shelf presence, content quality, promotions, and platform operations. You will work across Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Partners Online and retailer media platforms (Roundel, Walmart Connect, etc.) to ensure our products are discoverable, up to date, and positioned to win. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maintain and optimize product listings, monitor performance, and support new item launches. This is a detail-oriented, execution-heavy role that spans across retailers and marketplaces—with Amazon as the primary channel and growing responsibility across omni-retail platforms. Key Responsibilities Digital Shelf & Content Execution • Own product setup and content maintenance across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and Envoy (B2B). • Maintain and optimize product listings (PDPs), including copy, imagery, video, SEO keywords, A+ content, and modules. • Ensure brand consistency and content excellence across all ecommerce platforms. • Refresh the Amazon Brand Store and support branded content updates on other platforms. Platform Operations & Issue Resolution • Execute day-to-day tasks in Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, and other ecommerce portals. • Manage Amazon case log: resolve listing suppressions, Andon Cords, and IDQ issues. • Ensure accurate and timely product uploads and updates across platforms. • Monitor operational performance (e.g., chargebacks, order acceptance, returns) and collaborate with Ops to resolve. Promotion, Campaign, and Launch Support • Set up and track Amazon promotions (e.g., Coupons, Deals); assist with promotional planning for Walmart and Target. • Support retailer ad platform campaigns, including Roundel (Target) and Walmart Connect. • Partner with Sales and Marketing for new item launches, ensuring readiness of content, assets, and listings across all platforms. Monitoring & Reporting • Monitor reviews and ratings across platforms; identify content and product improvement opportunities. • Provide weekly/monthly reports on: • Sell-in, sell-through, promotion spend, advertising performance • Product performance and digital trends • Competitor benchmarking and pricing compliance (UPP monitoring) • Build reporting dashboards in Excel or other tools, and provide insights for channel optimization. Key Competencies • Attention to detail and quality control in fast-paced execution environments. • Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams. • Ability to prioritize competing tasks across multiple platforms. • Comfortable working independently, with limited supervision. • Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about ecommerce performance. Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience managing content and operations for an Amazon business (Vendor Central required). • Experience supporting additional ecommerce platforms such as Walmart.com, Target.com, and/or B2B platforms like Envoy. • Familiarity with retailer ad platforms like Roundel or Walmart Connect is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, reporting); comfort analyzing data and building reports. • Experience with e-commerce tools (e.g., Helium 10, Pacvue, Stackline, NetSuite) preferred. • Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, or finance teams. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • Passion for mission-driven brands and social impact.
