We're a dynamic, fast-growing funded startup from Singapore specializing in kids’ tech looking to disrupt the e-commerce space in US market. As we rapidly expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated eCommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The candidate should be passionate about e-commerce, experienced in website / marketplace building and digital marketing, involves creating high-quality & useful content, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. This role also involves handling various aspects of product & customer support, and supporting the operation and fulfilment of orders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop, and manage our official online store on e-commerce marketplace platform (Walmart, BestBuy, Toy R Us, Target, Amazon etc.), optimize our platform for mobile use, ensuring seamless shopping experiences across devices.
2. Conduct market research to identify local trends, competitors, and opportunities.
3. Develop high-quality and informative content for our store. Use your copywriting skills to convey key messages that resonate with our target audience.
4. Plan, strategize and execute online growth plan through pricing strategies, product presentations, effective positioning of products, store listing optimizations & product range expansion to achieve sales target.
5. Conduct and implement digital marketing strategies including in-store paid advertisement, SEO and SEM. Manage ad spend efficiently to maximize returns.
6. Perform regular A/B testing, analysing data, customer behaviour, competitor activity, store traffic patterns, sales conversion, assist with setting up sales promotions, deals, upsell, add-on, give away and subscription offers/orders for our product range.
7. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data and post campaign analysis.
8. Collaborate with our global product & marketing team to build and refine our brand image and enhance customer shopping experience.
9. Continuously research and stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce industry.
10. Manage and maintain marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of campaigns.
11. Monitor and manage order statuses, track shipments, and address any fulfilment issues that may arise.
12. Liaising with 3PL providers to coordinate logistics, inventory management, and delivery schedules.
13. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace development, including a thorough understanding of marketplace's capabilities and limitations.
2. Proficient in using various marketing & data analysis tools, and A/B testing methodologies, keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
3. Tech-savvy, strong knowledge of tech products, customer behavior, and sales.
4. Demonstrable creativity and experience in content creation, especially for tech products.
5. Demonstrated experience in working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities and frequent interruptions.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
7. Parenting experience, as this provides valuable insights into one of our key customer demographics.
