PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
The eCommerce Syndication Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of product content
syndication across Red Bullβs retailer network through platforms such as Salsify and Syndigo. This role
ensures product information, enhanced content, and imagery are accurate, optimized, and consistently
aligned with brand standards to maximize conversion and shopper engagement. The contractor will
oversee new product launches, existing assortment maintenance, retailer-specific syndication
requirements, and platform audits, while also delivering actionable insights from content health analytics.
This position requires strong technical expertise in product information management (PIM) and
syndication tools, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to execute high-volume, high-quality
content updates within tight timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Manage the syndication of content and enhanced content for approximately eight new
product launches annually, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Provide internal launch
support including Syndigo intake (CGI), PDP brief creation, and coordination with cross-
functional teams. Conduct audits and troubleshoot post-launch issues to ensure retailer
compliance and optimal presentation on all digital shelves.
β’ Oversee content syndication for the existing assortment across 55 retailers by performing monthly
updates, resolving issues, and maintaining data accuracy. Set up new retailer channels, migrate
existing channels to Salsify, and create custom channel templates when needed. Implement
automated content refresh processes, remap channels based on retailer requirement changes,
and conduct semi-annual attribute coverage audits across all direct channels. Audit andJOB DESCRIP
maintain properties in both Salsify and Syndigo, connect Salsify to Syndigo via FTP for streamlined
data transfer, and recommend retailer-specific syndication strategies. Participate in weekly
meetings with Salsify and Syndigo representatives to align on priorities and resolve challenges.
β’ Leverage reporting tools, including Salsify Insights, Syndigo Insights, Vizit, and POSA, to assess
content health and identify improvement opportunities. Maintain ongoing reporting processes,
perform monthly POSA score reviews, and recommend action plans to improve low-performing
content. Ensure analytics are consistently accurate and serve as the source of truth for
measuring content performance.
β’ Lead content revamp projects based on retailer feedback, content score performance, and
evolving brand guidelines. Conduct post-revamp audits to verify improvements and troubleshoot
any issues. Build competitive benchmarking decks by researching competitor content and
identifying best practices. Perform regular website audits to identify digital shelf gaps and
execute improvement actions to enhance shopper engagement.
β’ Partner with IT and Salsify teams to manage the migration of data from SAP to Salsify via FTP,
ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and improve Salsify workflows to streamline
operations and automate repetitive processes. Manage user group access for Salsify and
Syndigo to ensure appropriate permissions for eCommerce, Marketing, and Field Sales teams.
β’ Support Bazaarvoice review campaigns, track POSA score trends, and assess PDP images using
Vizit to ensure content is visually engaging and effective. Develop and deliver training materials
to educate Sales and Marketing teams on the use of Salsify and Syndigo, providing ongoing
follow-up and acting as the subject matter expert for all syndication-related inquiries.
Your experience includes
