GameStop is seeking an Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to support our consumer-focused email and CRM initiatives, helping drive customer engagement, retention, and brand loyalty. This role involves assisting with email campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging communications. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in email marketing with a desire to grow their skills in CRM strategies. This position will sit onsite 5 days per week in Grapevine, TX. Responsibilities β€’ Assist in planning and executing email campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and delivered on schedule. β€’ Support A/B testing to improve campaign performance. β€’ Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to load content and creative into email templates and ensure accurate setup. β€’ Schedule, launch, and monitor campaigns to ensure timely and correct delivery to targeted audiences. β€’ Support audience segmentation efforts and help refine send-time practices to optimize engagement. β€’ Participate in the proofing process to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and stakeholder visibility. β€’ Track and report on email performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending optimizations. β€’ Help coordinate workflows and meetings to ensure smooth campaign execution. Required Skills β€’ Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution or 2–3 years of relevant work experience. β€’ At least 2 years of experience in email marketing for retail, e-commerce, or similar industries. β€’ Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, ExactTarget, Mailchimp, etc.)β€”direct Iterable experience not required. β€’ Experience supporting lifecycle campaigns such as Abandoned Cart, Welcome Series, and Post-Purchase emails is a plus. β€’ Basic analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and support testing initiatives. β€’ Strong attention to detail for QA and accurate campaign execution. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. β€’ Light design experience a plus (Canva or similar tools). β€’ A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas. β€’ Commitment to upholding GameStop’s policies and procedures, including confidentiality, ethical standards, and operational guidelines.
