Weβre looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Associate to lead the day-to-day execution and strategy of email marketing and CRM initiatives across our eCommerce and B2B golf channels. This role will own HubSpot campaign deployment, CRM audience segmentation, storytelling-based campaigns, and manual and automated email campaigns that drive revenue and nurture customer loyalty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Manage the email marketing calendar in alignment with brand, promotional, and product roadmaps.
β’ Build and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot and work with an external email/CRM partner.
β’ Coordinates weekly and seasonal promotional calendars with the Marketing associate and the eCommerce VP.
β’ Create campaign assets and write/edit email copy that aligns with brand voice and product strategy.
β’ Define revenue and engagement goals for emailing programs and improve the results by analyzing and monitoring with the best-in-class strategy.
β’ Grow CRM contact database using HubSpot and all tools via website, and other strategies by working with the performance marketing team and vendors.
β’ Assist in creating visual elements (headers, banners, CTAs). Partner with the Video content and Marketing associate to infuse brand voice, customer stories, and seasonal moments into email content.
β’ Monitor and report on key metrics: open rates, click rates, revenue, retention, and database growth.
β’ Collaborate with the leadership team to define CRM objectives and shape future strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing, Communications, or Business. MBA preferred.
β’ Must have 3 to 5 yearsβ experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
β’ Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM/email platform; comfortable owning the full platform.
β’ Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and journey-based marketing.
β’ Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills that drive engagement and conversion.
β’ Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop) or ability to collaborate with designers.
β’ Strong organizational and project management skills to own the promotional calendar and multiple workstreams.
β’ Experience using data tools (GA4, Excel, or similar) to evaluate campaign performance.
β’ Experience with or interest in AI tools, schema development, and marketing solutions to improve CRM performance and customer experience.
β’ Passion for golf is a Plus
