The Role We’re looking for a strategic and tenured Enterprise Sales Contributor  to help activate  Brij with the world’s leading consumer brands and multibrand companies. This is a high-impact, senior-level sales role focused on sourcing, managing, and closing consultative deals with a variety of stakeholders within the enterprise. You’ll be responsible for bringing and building relationships at the Executive and C-suite level, navigating complex  sales cycles, and identifying opportunities for  Brij to deliver maximum value across multiple channels of business including commerce leaders, wholesale divisions, marketers, performance teams, strategy, data and  and innovation teams. You’ll partner closely with Brij’s CEO,  enablement, product and sales colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to shape how Brij goes to market at the enterprise level—and help refine our pitch, process, and playbook for scale. What You'll Do • Source, engage, and close new enterprise accounts across branded CPG, consumer electronics, durable goods, and home/ lifestyle verticals targeting individual brands above the $200M mark and up to $10B+. • Build relationships with VP/C-suite decision-makers across marketing, digital, product, innovation, and IT functions • Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery to proposal development, contracting, and go-live • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to shape solutions that meet brand-specific needs • Refine and continuously improve our sales materials, positioning, and enterprise GTM strategy • Manage pipeline in HubSpot and forecast accurately against sales targets • Represent Brij at industry events, trade shows, and executive briefings • Share voice-of-customer insights with internal teams to inform roadmap and strategy • Play a key role in shaping Brij’s enterprise sales culture, strategy, and best practices Who You Are You’re a strong fit for this role if you have: • Entrepreneurial Mindset • 7-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record selling into enterprise accounts • A history of successful wins at a lateral level and proven relationships with Brij’s target account base • Experience selling to large consumer brands across CPG, retail, or ecommerce • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles • Confident engaging with VP and C-level executives and navigating enterprise procurement processes • Strong consultative selling skills—able to uncover customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with evolving priorities • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and more • Collaborative, goal-oriented, and motivated by both individual and team success • Ability to travel Why Join Brij? • Compensation: Uncapped commission potential, competitive base salary, stock options, and benefits designed to reward performance. • Impact: Help define Brij’s enterprise sales strategy and bring our platform to iconic enterprise  brands making a significant impact at a high-growth startup. • Growth: growth opportunities as we scale. • Flexibility: Hybrid work model with remote flexibility and access to our NYC HQ for collaboration and connection. • Culture: A lean, collaborative, fast-paced team focused on ownership and outcomes.
