Key Responsibilities
1. Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the national event marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Build a scalable framework for event planning, execution, and measurement across all tiers of events.
• Define event goals and KPIs aligned with broader marketing and sales objectives.
• Establish an annual calendar of strategic consumer, commercial, and industry-specific events.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and experience across all activations.
1. Commercial & Channel Growth Support: Support sales and B2B efforts by expanding Rhino USA’s footprint across industry events.
• Identify high-impact trade shows, expos, and commercial opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Partner with sales leadership to align event participation with target channel strategies.
• Coordinate product display, booth design, and collateral development for commercial-facing events.
• Track ROI and lead generation from all B2B events and iterate on performance.
1. Brand Activation & Sponsorship Execution: Translate sponsorships and partnerships into compelling real-world brand experiences.
• Oversee planning and execution of brand activations, including Austin Gamblers events and other sponsorships.
• Develop immersive, on-brand experiences that deepen customer loyalty and reinforce brand values.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure activation materials reflect the latest branding and messaging.
• Source and manage third-party vendors, talent, and experiential partners as needed.
1. Logistics, Budget, & Operations Management: Lead all logistical planning to ensure smooth execution and fiscal responsibility across all events.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate all travel, lodging, shipping, and on-site logistics for event teams.
• Ensure compliance with local event regulations, insurance requirements, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a playbook of operational best practices to standardize event execution.
1. Innovation in Experiential Marketing: Drive creative thinking and innovation in how the Rhino USA brand shows up in the real world.
• Explore mobile marketing opportunities, including vehicle-based activations and pop-up retail.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies in experiential marketing to stay ahead of the curve.
• Test new engagement formats (e.g., interactive demos, product trials, live social integrations).
• Pilot at least two experimental concepts per year and measure impact.
1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment across internal departments for seamless execution and measurable impact.
• Partner with marketing, creative, and digital teams to amplify pre- and post-event efforts.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to highlight priority SKUs or campaigns at events.
• Provide detailed event recaps, data, and learnings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for all event-related communications and approvals.
1. Travel & On-the-Ground Leadership: Represent the brand on-site and ensure a high standard of execution and professionalism.
• Attend 1–2 key events per month, depending on seasonality and strategic priorities.
• Lead setup, team coordination, and live execution for high-priority events.
• Act as the face of the brand with consumers, partners, and stakeholders in the field.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and ensure positive brand experiences at every touchpoint.
Qualifications

• Strong project management skills — you can juggle logistics, creative, and strategy all at once.
• A strategic self-starter — you know how to spot opportunity, build a plan, and run with it.
• A builder’s mindset — scrappy, resourceful, and not afraid to get your hands dirty to bring ideas to life.
• Creative instincts with a knack for bringing brands to life in physical environments.
• Familiarity with the outdoor, powersports, or automotive space is a plus — passion and a sense of urgency is a must.
