MISSION OF THE POSITION The Executive Director of eCommerce (Wholesale + DTC) will lead and scale our online platforms for KIKO Milano. This New York based role requires a candidate with a strong background leading wholesale channels including Amazon and beauty specialty retailers.Additionally, this person must be able to strategically develop and grow the KIKO.com business to complement the total consumer experience. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding and expertise for developing digital media strategies and leveraging creator and affiliate marketing campaigns. This profile will have established relationships with key wholesale partners and will be able to effectively communicate with internal executive leadership, private equity leadership, and cross functional teams. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement the overall eCommerce strategy for KIKO MILANO in North America leading initiatives to drive e-commerce wholesale growth, focusing strategically on Amazon, TikTok Shop, department stores, and beauty specialty retailers. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key vendor partners. • Track rankings, analyze market share data, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance consumer experience. • Partner with Marketing Leadership to execute and optimize advertising strategies, affiliate programs, creator amplification, and sales promotions to drive growth. • Own commercial planning of the eCommerce business, collaborating with both local and global teams to unlock revenue and profit opportunities within the P&L. • Lead program management including forecasts, seasonality, inventory-collateral planning, and supply, acting as a dynamic merchant under the brand umbrella. • Partner with sales and finance on continuous estimate planning (CEP) to accurately update sales and forecasts based on the latest trends and insights. • Provide weekly and monthly sales commentary-reporting to the senior leadership team. • Own day-to-day business development and data analytics ensuring the ability to track, measure, and report on all KPIs, with special attention to site performance, performance marketing results and inventory management. • Partner with Trade Marketing to develop and manage promotional calendars by channel to successfully activate key shopping moments throughout the year. • Participate in leadership meetings to foster digital excellence, stay updated on eCommerce trends and technologies, and leverage knowledge of eCommerce models to boost sales with innovative and cost-effective marketing strategies. • Lead and mentor an expanding eCommerce team by hiring talent and promoting development. Foster a customer advocacy culture and create programs for high-value customers. • Use collaborative decision-making to align stakeholders with business goals, while working with North America marketing, sales, operations, and the global eCommerce team to share knowledge and represent the brand. • Achieve eCommerce sales and profit goals set by the EVP by managing lower funnel media investments to enhance ROI, optimizing gross margin through discount and promotion management, leading continuous estimate planning (CEP) and latest estimate (LE) cycles, and providing weekly updates on sales and revenue. Qualifications & Competencies: • A minimum of ten years of eCommerce experience, with a strong emphasis on Amazon or Retail.com. • Excellent communicator, able to build strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally. • Strong financial acumen and proven track record in building and managing a P&L. • A highly motivated, passionate self-starter with a deep understanding of online customers' needs, the product, and the competitive landscape. • Extensive experience in scaling ecommerce platforms and driving efficiency. • Superior project management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and to meet deadlines with sense of urgency. • Self-driven individual capable of utilizing data and metrics to guide decisions and enhance conversion rates, profitability, and optimization. • Advanced skills in MS Excel, including proficiency with pivot tables, macros, and intricate data analysis; knowledge of other data analysis tools is an added advantage.
