Role description
We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven, and creative Performance Media Analyst to join our growth team. In this role, you’ll own the Facebook/Meta advertising funnel β€” from campaign strategy to execution and optimization β€” with one clear mission: scale profitably while hitting CPA, LTV, ROAS, and conversion targets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine analytical rigor with creative intuition, driving not only performance but also influencing the ad creative itself by identifying what works, why it works, and shaping new concepts to scale engagement and conversions. What You’ll Do: β€’ Develop and lead the Meta Ads strategy (campaign structures, audiences, creative testing frameworks, data strategy) to hit aggressive growth goals. β€’ Manage the P&L for your channels: balancing spend, profitability, and scale. β€’ Build and run structured testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, and funnels. β€’ Partner with creative, product, engineering, and analytics teams to generate high-performing ad assets and landing pages. β€’ Continuously analyze campaign data to optimize ROAS and drive down CPA. β€’ Act as the in-house expert for Meta Ads, advising teams on trends, best practices, and innovations. β€’ Document learnings, share insights, and build frameworks that accelerate company-wide growth. β€’ Contribute directly to creative ideation: headlines, hooks, scripts, and visuals, based on data and TikTok-style short-form trends. What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves) β€’ 3–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads buying experience (DTC). β€’ Proven ownership of ad budgets and media buying P&L (scale + efficiency). β€’ Strong grasp of compliance & risk management in paid social. β€’ Advanced analytical skills β€” able to interpret data, extract insights, and act fast. β€’ Experience generating & validating ad creatives (scripts, hooks, visuals, copy). β€’ Understanding of creative psychology and conversion principles. β€’ Background in creative testing (UGC, dynamic creatives, landing pages). β€’ Ability to work cross-functionally (creative, product, analytics, engineering). β€’ Excellent communication and a knack for turning data into clear storytelling. β€’ Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for problem-solving and optimization.
