Role Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Fashion Operations Coordinator to support and streamline our day-to-day eCommerce and business operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys fashion, and is excited to be involved in everything from order fulfillment and product uploads to customer service, inventory management, and general operational support. You’ll play a key role in keeping the brand running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a part time role (with option to convert to full-time). This role is in-person in West Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
• Order Fulfillment: Process and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and handle returns or exchanges promptly and professionally
• Shopify Management: Upload and update products, descriptions, pricing, and images
• Inventory Management: Assist with the collection and delivery of inventory to support our operational needs
• Line Sheets & Product Organization: Help create line sheets and maintain product tracking
• Photoshoot Support: Assist with prep and coordination for product shoots
• Miscellaneous Tasks: Complete various errands and ad hoc tasks to support the team and facilitate smooth operations
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Errand Assistance: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional pickups/drop-offs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or fashion operations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with Shopify or willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Based in Los Angeles – this role is in-person
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):
• Knowledge of inventory management platforms or tools
• Canva, Photoshop, or other basic design tool experience
• Previous experience in a fashion or creative environment
• Interest in fashion merchandising or backend eCommerce operations
