Founding Growth Marketer Full-time | Onsite | Reports to Founders Introduction: • Join us at Fastino as we build the next generation of LLMs and agentic systems. Our team, boasting alumni from Google Research, Apple, Stanford, and Cambridge is on a mission to develop specialized, efficient AI. • Fastino has raised $25M (as featured in TechCrunch) through our seed round and is backed by leading investors including Microsoft, Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Github CEO Thomas Dohmke, Docker CEO Scott Johnston, and others. • The Founding Growth Marketer will own the entire marketing engine from day one. You’ll drive strategy and execution across the funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to nurture and conversion. You’ll work directly with the founders, shaping our go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Own • Product Launches: Drive end-to-end product and feature launches—from positioning and messaging to go-to-market strategy and channel execution. • Top-of-Funnel Growth: Launch and scale multi-channel campaigns across organic, content, SEO, geo-targeted strategies, and paid partnerships—focused on driving self-serve acquisition. • PLG Growth Experiments: Design and run rapid experiments to unlock viral loops, in-product growth, onboarding optimization, and user activation levers. • Social & Brand Presence: Own and evolve our public voice across LinkedIn, X, podcasts, and emerging platforms—crafting compelling content and customer stories that build affinity and attention. • Lead Nurture & Conversion: Build high-converting nurture flows using email, retargeting, and product triggers. Optimize every interaction to drive movement through the funnel. • Analytics & Optimization: Define funnel metrics, instrument key stages of user flow, run A/B tests, and make decisions based on performance data. • Growth Stack & Tools: Identify and own the tooling (CRM, marketing ops, lifecycle platforms) that supports automation, attribution, and scale. • Marketing Leadership: Be the nucleus of our marketing team—this role grows into a leadership position as we scale and expand go-to-market. What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of growth marketing experience - PLG experience a plus • Entrepreneurial spirit and an ability work in a fast-paced startup environment • A self-starter who can build from zero • Experience marketing in AI a plus
