Key Responsibilities
• Provide functional support for onboarding new vendors and integrating their plugins.
• Manage and resolve plugin-related support tickets.
• Support and test updates and changes to various eCommerce plugins.
• Collaborate closely with internal development teams (Node.js) to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure a white-glove support experience.
• Contribute innovative ideas and feedback to enhance plugin integrations and processes.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in functional application or plugin support roles.
• Strong working knowledge of plugin integration and support within eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Node.js environments (not development-focused, but able to work alongside developers).
