📍 Egham, Surrey (Hybrid – office visits 2–4 times per month, increasing to 2 days a week from Jan 2026)

We’re working with a well-established technology business in the eCommerce sector, looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join their collaborative development team. With over 25 years’ experience and multiple industry awards, this organisation is continuing to scale its innovative delivery management platform – and you could play a key part in shaping the next chapter.
The Role
As a Front-End Developer, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of customer-facing solutions used by major retailers and brands. You’ll work closely with product owners, BAs, testers, and other developers in an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly interfaces that support a seamless delivery experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and implementing front-end solutions using modern frameworks and best practices
• Translating wireframes, workflows, and concepts into responsive, accessible interfaces
• Collaborating across product and technical teams to refine requirements and estimate delivery impact
• Contributing to user acceptance testing and customer implementations
• Sharing expertise with the team to raise standards in coding, accessibility, and security
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years’ experience as a Front-End Developer
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Experience with Git (Azure DevOps or GitHub preferred)
• Understanding of accessibility standards and secure coding practices
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary Agile team
• Clear communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach
