Role description
The Profit Center Manager (PCM) at Everything Plastic serves as the General Manager of the local Profit Center and is responsible for all operational, financial, and personnel decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced retail and online commerce environment. The PCM reports directly to the Regional Manager and is supported by the broader corporate infrastructure. What are the key role responsibilities?
β’ Ability to read, understand, and analyze the P&L (also referred to as the Statement of Operations β SOO).
β’ Develop and execute strategies to enhance profitability, streamline operations, and increase customer retention
β’ Set and monitor performance goals for team members across sales, fabrication, fulfillment, and customer service
β’ Ensure best in class customer service and results from all departments
β’ Coordinate with sales representatives to maintain and grow customer relationships
β’ Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with suppliers
β’ Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff as needed with the support of the service center
β’ Oversee all sales, warehouse, local inventory, and administrative functions
β’ Oversee potential equipment purchases and relocation logistics
β’ Create and present business forecast and results analysis to ownership annually
