Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager with a strong focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management to oversee and optimize the end-to-end eCommerce operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless inventory flow, timely fulfillment, and exceptional customer experience through strategic supply chain planning, vendor management, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain & Logistics β€’ Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support eCommerce growth and operational efficiency. β€’ Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, 3PLs, and logistics providers to ensure timely procurement and delivery. β€’ Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including international freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. β€’ Monitor and optimize inventory levels across warehouses and fulfillment centers to avoid stockouts or overstocking. β€’ Implement demand forecasting and replenishment strategies using data-driven insights. Fulfillment Operations β€’ Lead daily eCommerce order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and on-time delivery to customers. β€’ Coordinate with warehouse teams or 3PL partners to maintain high order accuracy and fast turnaround times. β€’ Drive improvements in warehouse management systems (WMS) and pick/pack/ship processes. Process Improvement & KPIs β€’ Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and operations; propose and implement process enhancements. β€’ Track and report key operational KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, inventory turnover, shipping costs, and return rates. β€’ Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal performance standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration β€’ Work closely with eCommerce, Customer Service, Merchandising, and Finance teams to align supply chain operations with business goals. β€’ Collaborate with the IT team to ensure systems and tools support operational requirements. Budgeting & Cost Management β€’ Manage operations and supply chain budgets, including warehousing, transportation, and vendor contracts. Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Qualifications Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. β€’ 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management, preferably in an eCommerce environment. β€’ Proven experience managing 3PLs, inventory systems, and logistics platforms. Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfillment processes, ERP/WMS systems, and demand forecasting tools. β€’ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. β€’ Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with tools like NetSuite, ShipStation, or similar is a plus. Preferred Attributes β€’ Experience in scaling supply chain operations for high-growth eCommerce brands. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment. β€’ Lean Six Sigma or supply chain certification (APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
