Role description
We’re working with a market leading global eCommerce platform that powers some of the world’s most iconic brands. This fast growing SaaS company is scaling rapidly and is now looking for a German speaking Customer Success Managers to join their team in London (3 days in the office per week). What you'll be doing: β€’ Own the success of clients in the DACH market, acting as a trusted advisor β€’ Drive client strategy, retention and expansion β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and tech teams β€’ Work with senior stakeholders at globally recognised brands What they’re looking for: β€’ Fluency in German and English is essential β€’ Experience in eCommerce is essential - whether in Customer Success, Account Management or eCommerce management / consultancy β€’ Confidence managing a range of clients (ideally within SaaS or eCommerce tech) β€’ A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen β€’ Excellent communication and relationship building skills Why this role? β€’ Be at the heart of international eCommerce expansion β€’ Partner with leading retailers and brands across Europe β€’ Work with a high growth SaaS platform backed by cutting edge tech β€’ Strong package with bonus, commission, and RSUs on offer
