Role description
Weβre working with a market leading global eCommerce platform that powers some of the worldβs most iconic brands. This fast growing SaaS company is scaling rapidly and is now looking for a German speaking Customer Success Managers to join their team in London (3 days in the office per week).
What you'll be doing:
β’ Own the success of clients in the DACH market, acting as a trusted advisor
β’ Drive client strategy, retention and expansion
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and tech teams
β’ Work with senior stakeholders at globally recognised brands
What theyβre looking for:
β’ Fluency in German and English is essential
β’ Experience in eCommerce is essential - whether in Customer Success, Account Management or eCommerce management / consultancy
β’ Confidence managing a range of clients (ideally within SaaS or eCommerce tech)
β’ A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
β’ Excellent communication and relationship building skills
