Group Product Manager, Monetization
Remote Role | NYC, SF, or Seattle Preferred
• the ideal candidate for this role will be based out of the New York, San Francisco, or Seattle areas, with the ability to blend remote work with occasional in-person collaboration.
Base compensation range: $220,000–$285,000, DOE
Our client is seeking a strategic and data-driven Group Product Manager to lead the development of scalable monetization products across their ecosystem. This includes retail media placements, ad formats, affiliate commerce journeys, AI-powered campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
Role Highlights
• Remote-first role with optional in-person collaboration in NYC, SF, or Seattle

• Innovate on commerce surfaces to increase monetizable impressions

• Partner with analytics to A/B test monetization strategies and creative formats
• Use market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to shape product strategy
• Own business outcomes with a strong analytical and experimentation mindset
• Evangelize your products to internal teams and external customers
• Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable product requirements
• Champion testing, measurement, and iteration using data-driven decision-making
What You Bring
• 5+ years in Retail Media, Mobile Ad Tech, DSP/SSP, or related fields
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
• Strong technical fluency—you understand how systems work even if you don’t code
• Customer-obsessed with excellent communication and empathy
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable navigating large datasets
• Skilled at making tradeoffs and prioritizing effectively
• Able to communicate clearly across diverse technical and business audiences
