Summary:
Weβre a fast-growing startup seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to drive D2C growth using creative campaigns, data insights, and UGC-driven content strategies. Youβll own acquisition, retention, and revenue growth from concept to execution. Must be comfortable with the commute to Cambridge, MA. 5 Days in Office!!
You Will:
β’ Develop and run D2C growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, and emerging channels.
β’ Recruit and manage UGC creators to power paid and organic campaigns.
β’ Analyze performance, optimize CAC/LTV, and scale what works.
β’ Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to improve funnels and onboarding.
