About the Role
We’re seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager with 5+ years of digital marketing experience to join our team at ForceofNatureClean.com. The successful candidate will be responsible for our growth marketing strategies, managing our paid social & search media agencies, ensuring we have the creative we need to fuel those channels, and leading our affiliate and influencer programs. This role reports directly to our CMO. This role is remote, and we have a preference for candidates in EST time zone.
You’ll own the full funnel for our paid social, paid search, affiliate and influencer channels. This includes securing the creative, overseeing our media agencies to ensure they meet our KPIs, and shaping the growth strategy in each channel. You’ll be involved in optimizing post-click experiences to specific audiences, and partnering with our creative partners to produce performance-driven assets. You’ll help architect and manage experimentation roadmaps that include A/B tests, incrementality tests, and new channel validation.
This role requires someone who thrives in both day-to-day execution and big-picture thinking. You should be excited by performance data, fluent in acquisition KPIs, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will constantly be looking for ways to drive growth through smarter targeting, sharper creative, and more effective funnel design.

We create cleaning products that are just as effective as the leading brands, but without the toxic chemicals or plastic waste. Our product portfolio started with our patented appliances that convert salt, water and vinegar into a multi-surface cleaner and disinfectant that kills 99.9% of terms. Our formula is just as powerful as bleach, but so safe you can spray it on baby toys without needing to rinse. We’ve recently expanded our product assortment to include other non-toxic, planet-friendly cleaning essentials, including laundry detergent sheets.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve the overarching digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition across all growth channels
• Lead planning and execution of full-funnel campaigns, setting budgets and KPIs across digital platforms
• Analyze campaign data to identify insights, optimize performance, and inform larger media strategy
• Stay on the pulse of platform updates, industry trends, creative trends, and new channel opportunities
• Paid Media: Manage agency partners who run Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube. You’ll guide their efforts and ensure they have the creative they need to meet our performance objectives and scale. You’ll partner with creators/design agency to brief, review, and iterate paid social creative based on platform best practices and performance insights.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing:
• Lead the creation of Affiliate and Influencer campaigns that align with brand initiatives, objectives, and KPIs
• Research, identify, and engage influencers & affiliates that authentically represent our brand and reach new customers; build a talent pipeline; maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with influencers and affiliates
• Oversee all aspects of programs including recruitment, outreach, development of briefs to guide content creation, managing timelines, negotiation/renewals. Oversee Impact platform manager.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years in digital/performance marketing roles at DTC-driven organizations
• Minimum 5 years in acquisition/growth marketing specifically via Meta, TikTok, affiliate and influencer channels
• Experience setting growth goals, managing a budget, building forecasts, and delivering against monthly CPA targets
• Deep understanding of the affiliate/influencer landscape including best practices, trends, pop culture and the ability to identify influencers that align with our brand.
• In-depth experience using third party affiliate/influencer platforms, social analytics, and reporting tools. Experience with Impact is a bonus.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Enterprising “doer,” with an ownership mentality and a bias towards action
• Ability to flow seamlessly between day-to-day execution and big-picture thinking
• Experience in content creation - expertise in Canva and video editing (Kapwing, CapCut or similar). You won’t need to create original content but will need to do some light editing/versioning of content.
