About the Role We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Montclair, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing growth marketing strategies, managing our media buying on paid social platforms, and leading testing efforts to optimize our marketing activities. This role will work closely with the paid social creative team and report directly to the Director of Growth & eCommerce. This is a critical role with a strong focus on Meta, our primary paid acquisition channel. You will be expected to fully own the platform: executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and shaping the broader account strategy. But this isn’t just media buying—we’re looking for someone who is deeply strategic and understands the full funnel. You’ll be heavily involved in building and optimizing landing pages, tailoring post-click experiences to specific audiences and personas, and partnering with the creative team to produce performance-driven assets. You’ll also help architect and manage experimentation roadmaps that include A/B tests, incrementality tests, and new channel validation. This role requires someone who thrives in both day-to-day execution and big-picture thinking. You should be excited by performance data, fluent in acquisition KPIs, and comfortable moving quickly to test, learn, and scale. The ideal candidate is hungry to own performance and constantly look for ways to drive growth through smarter targeting, sharper creative, and more effective funnel design. What You'll Do • Own strategy and execution for Meta campaigns (Facebook and Instagram), including daily performance management, audience development, and funnel optimization • Launch and manage paid campaigns across additional platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, and Applovin; knowledge of YouTube and Google Search is a plus • Develop and execute testing roadmaps for creative, copy, audience, bidding, landing pages, and full-funnel experiences • Analyze campaign data to identify insights, optimize performance, and inform larger media strategy • Partner with the creative team to brief, review, and iterate paid social creative based on platform best practices and performance insights • Contribute to the development and optimization of post-click experiences including landing pages and funnel architecture by persona • Maintain detailed test logs and clearly communicate learnings to cross-functional stakeholders • Collaborate on incrementality and lift tests to evaluate performance and guide budget allocation • Stay on the pulse of platform updates, industry trends, and new channel opportunities What You'll Bring • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta (required) • Deep understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and direct-response creative best practices • Proven experience driving growth through rigorous testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration • Comfort briefing and giving feedback to creative teams, with a strong sense of what resonates across platforms • Experience working with landing pages, post-click flows, and funnel architecture • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of ownership • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • A passion for learning, optimizing, and pushing boundaries Jones Road Beauty is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
