About the Role
A growing consumer brand is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and hard-working superstar to drive performance marketing growth efforts — aka, make a billion high-converting video ads for social media.
You'll own the process from end to end: brainstorming creative ways to sell products via video, sourcing content creators, building briefs, executing in-house productions, storyboarding ads, and analyzing performance. This role is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who loves creating video content that sells.
You'll gain significant leadership exposure and play a critical role in growing the business. For the right person, this is a dream opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Brainstorm creative ways to sell products in social media video ads
• Research consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and social trends to inform creative direction
• Source content creators and/or execute internal video productions to develop new visual assets
• Create clear, strategic briefs for content creators to bring your vision to life
• Storyboard specific video ads — from writing scripts to selecting visuals (you'll do a LOT of this!)
• Partner closely with video editors and designers to bring storyboards to life
• Analyze ad performance and apply insights to future video ad testing
