🎯 The Role: Growth & User Success Manager
We’re looking for a scrappy, proven growth driver to build the supply side of comUniverse from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for:
• Recruiting & onboarding influencers (starting with micro/nano creators, expanding to mid/macro) to lead communities.
• Recruiting & onboarding suppliers, starting with influencers’ existing partners and their competitors, then scaling to broader categories.
• Driving success: creating educational videos, guiding both Leaders & suppliers, stimulating promos, and ensuring results.
• Designing and executing growth campaigns to scale both Leaders and suppliers.
• Working 100% hands-on at first while also creating structured processes to enable scale.
Your North Star Metric will be Sales Growth, fueled by:
1. Leaders onboarded
1. Suppliers onboarded
1. Promos launched & activated

• 7+ years in the high-tech sector with a proven track record of growing from scratch → scale (not just maintaining corporate pipelines).
• A sales soul & natural pusher — fearless in outreach, persuasive, resilient.
• Street-smart communicator who can build authentic relationships with influencers and suppliers.
• High-IQ strategic thinker with the ability to quickly learn and master advanced marketing, growth, and operational tools.
• Comfortable in the AI-driven era: able to leverage AI for smarter outreach, onboarding, and scaling (e.g., AI-assisted influencer sourcing, automated supplier success workflows, AI-driven promo performance insights).
• A hands-on hustler who thrives in early-stage chaos but also knows how to create scalable playbooks, systems, and processes.
