Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital & Ecommerce to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive our online presence. This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of creative and marketing professionals, hands-on experience with various marketplace retailers, a solid understanding of SEO strategies and the ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining brand consistency.

Essential Job Functions:
β’ Develop and execute comprehensive digital ecommerce marketing strategies to drive online traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI across various digital platforms.
β’ Responsible for reporting and measuring performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
β’ Maintain budget and spend, providing daily/weekly/monthly reports and quarterly forecasts.
β’ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
β’ Manage budget allocation and resource planning for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
β’ Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC advertising, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
β’ Optimize campaigns, measure performance, and conduct constant testing to refine strategies.
β’ Oversee content creation team and support marketing campaigns by creating content and copywriting for SEO.
β’ Build, manage, direct, inspire graphic design team, providing guidance and creative direction to ensure the delivery of compelling visuals that align with brand objectives.
β’ Optimize website content and landing pages across all brands.
β’ Grow traffic and community engagement on our social media accounts.
β’ Implement effective email marketing strategies using platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp to drive customer engagement and retention.
β’ Provide perspective and thought leadership where appropriate.
β’ Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Position Requirements:
β’ Must have experience (7+ years) in digital marketing & ecommerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc) with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.
β’ Must have previous leadership, supervisory and mentorship experience of marketing and creative teams.
β’ Must have strong market research, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Extensive experience in Google ads, retargeting marketing and social media campaigns.
β’ Experience with Social Media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other upcoming channels
β’ Ability to develop, target, and meet ambitions growth goals.
β’ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
β’ Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track performance metrics and inform strategic decisions.
β’ Familiar with Digital Marketing tools (e.g. SEMRush, Helium10 and be able to learn any other web analytical tools quickly is a PLUS.
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, collaborate with stakeholders, and present campaign results effectively.
β’ Strategic thinker with a goal-oriented, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study.
