Role description
Role Overview: The Head of Digital Transformation will lead the strategic digital initiatives that modernize systems, enhance organizational agility, and elevate the guest experience. This role serves as a central catalyst for innovation, collaborating across departments to design, coordinate, and implement transformation programs aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will balance delivery excellence with governance, stakeholder engagement, and cultural enablement to embed sustainable digital capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of digital transformation programs and workstreams. • Translate the strategy and Guest Masterplan into actionable digital roadmaps. • Serve as the central point of accountability for program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and digital maturity. • Align internal business needs and regulatory requirements with user expectations and digital best practices. • Oversee transformation governance including reporting, risk management, budget control, and vendor performance. • Evaluate and collaborate with digital agencies, system integrators, and software vendors. • Drive adoption through change management, internal alignment, and upskilling initiatives. • Shape and evolve the digital strategy in line with emerging technologies and user needs. • Identify and champion opportunities for digitization, automation, and data-driven insights. • Partner with IT, data, and operational teams to ensure scalable and secure digital delivery. • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder forums to co-design change. • Develop and deliver targeted communications to build buy-in and maintain momentum. • Define KPIs and performance metrics to track transformation impact and ROI. • Ensure compliance with governance, data, procurement, and digital standards. • Embed agile methodologies and continuous improvement mindsets into delivery teams. • Capture lessons learned and refine transformation approaches based on feedback. • Conduct technology and innovation scans to inform business case development and investment planning. Qualifications & Experience: Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Technology, Information Technology, Digital Media, Digital Business, Innovation, or related fields. Certifications (Preferred): • Agile/Scrum certifications, PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma.
