We’re building the new-age platform to make wellness more approachable and fun. That means no crystal charging or writing daily affirmations – but through crafting tasty, herbal drink mixes made for real people with real modern health goals. We’ve sold out 15x, shipped 10M+ mixes, and racked up 100M+ organic views across TikTok and IG. Oh, and we just locked in a fresh round of funding from top CPG & DTC investors in the game — so you can say we’re at that moment right before things blow up (in a good way). Now we’re looking for a Head of Growth to help take things to the next level. You’ll be testing, scaling, and optimizing across digital performance, content, website, retention, and everything in between to drive massive impact. You’ll be jumping into a team that moves fast, experiments constantly, and is unhinged when getting people to develop new health routines with our products. What You'll Own: • Digital Growth: Overseeing and scaling acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google while maximizing for efficiency and scale. • Budget Optimization: Develop a deeper understanding of attribution across paid channels to guide broader budget allocation and per-channel strategies. • Paid Media: Collaborate with creative teams to build a pipeline for testing and producing performance-focused content. • Website: Partner with web and design teams to optimize landing pages, offers, and customer funnels. • Retention: Scale customer acquisition with a retention-focused mindset—optimizing for LTV at every stage while collaborating with our lifecycle team to build journeys that drive loyalty. • Analytics & Reporting: Deliver growth reports and insights related to channel performance, customer/cohort behavior, and areas of opportunity to inform strategic decision-making. Who We're Looking For: • 4+ years of experience scaling digital growth at breakout brands ($50M+). • You’re fluent in Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and dream about optimizing dashboards while having managed $1M+/month in ad spend. • You get performance creative, live for full-funnel testing, and have a sixth sense for when something’s not converting the way it should. • Master of your domain: highly independent and relentless about growth, but also able to communicate with other stakeholders to drive results. • Thrives in start-up environments — you’re scrappy and able do the most with the least. • Down to work IRL 3+ days/week in our newly renovated West Hollywood office. • Extra Credit: Experience with subscriptions or retention-focused growth
