The Renatural is a VC-backed, NYC-based, vertically integrated beauty company revolutionizing the wig and hair extension industry.
We’ve developed the world’s first patented robotic process for hyper-realistic wig-making, fusing precision engineering with dedicated craftsmanship. In the past 12 months, we’ve filed two additional patents for groundbreaking innovations.
We’re in a pivotal scaling phase—transforming from founder-led growth to a high-output, culture-shaping beauty hardware brand. This is your chance to help write that story from the inside.
The Role
We’re looking for an exceptionally diligent operator—someone with the creativity to build an iconic brand and the analytical precision to scale profitable growth. You’ll own the full marketing and brand function, from crafting a cultural narrative people obsess over to building a performance engine that delivers measurable ROI.
This is a senior leadership role. You’ll work closely with the CEO and department heads (Product, Operations, Engineering) to bring our vision to life, lead go-to-market strategy, and drive sustainable revenue.
You will own:
• Full-funnel marketing strategy & execution (organic + paid)
• Brand & creative direction across all touchpoints
• Community building with influencers, stylists, and customers
• Acquisition, retention & lifecycle optimization
• Launch strategy for new products/SKUs
• Events, partnerships & experiential activations
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership
• Shape and evolve The Renatural’s identity, voice, and positioning in market.
• Lead all visual brand expressions (social, site, physical space, packaging, campaigns).
• Own the content calendar and ensure high-quality, on-brand creative across social, email, paid, and site.
• Develop storytelling and earned media strategies that amplify awareness and credibility.
• Build deep relationships with tastemakers, influencers, stylists, and cultural communities.
Growth & Performance
• Own topline growth targets, CAC, LTV, and retention metrics.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels across paid, organic, and owned channels.
• Launch products with tightly integrated, conversion-driven GTM plans.
• Optimize Shopify site UX, CRO, email/SMS flows, and end-to-end customer journey.
• Identify and run high-impact growth experiments; analyze and scale winners.
• Oversee attribution, analytics, and reporting with a laser focus on ROAS and profitability.
Who You Are
• 6–10+ years in brand, growth, or marketing leadership roles at high-growth consumer brands (beauty, CPG, wellness, or luxury a plus).
• Proven ability to blend brand storytelling with performance marketing—you can create both emotional resonance and measurable results.
• Familiarity with wig wig wearing/wig industry.
• Track record of owning full-funnel growth from strategy through execution.
• Experienced in community-driven brands with cultural credibility and loyal followings.
• Hands-on across paid media, influencer marketing, lifecycle channels, and content production.
• Operator mindset: you build systems, track KPIs obsessively, and hold a high bar for execution.
• Deep empathy for beauty consumers—especially Black and medical wig wearers—and an instinct for cultural relevance.
• Comfortable leading now, capable of growing into a CMO role as we scale.

• Expertise in video-first strategies (Reels, TikTok, UGC).
• Experience with stylists, salons, or medically-indicated hair solutions.
• Existing network of agencies, creators, or press in beauty/culture.
