What this role is about
This isn’t a plug-and-play growth role.
It’s for someone who wants full ownership of growth strategy, budget, and execution, across acquisition, retention, and brand.
You’ll report directly to the founders and lead a high-performing team across in-house and agency partners. From scaling digital acquisition to shaping lifecycle and retention, you’ll build and run the systems that drive our revenue, deepen our customer relationships, and position WEEM to become a unicorn brand in the next 3 years.
What you’ll do
🎯 Budget Management:
• Partner with our founders to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
• Own and optimize WEEM’s multimillion-dollar media budget for the strongest LTV CPA and ROAS.
• Continuously refine media mix models to measure and enhance channel performance.
📊 Growth Leadership:
• Take full ownership of WEEM’s revenue goals.
• Lead the Growth/Acquisition Marketing team (in-house and agency) to drive customer acquisition across Paid Social, Google, Amazon, Print, and Affiliates.
• Innovate and test new strategies to lower acquisition costs and maximize results.
🚀 Retention Leadership:
• Oversee the Retention/CRM Marketing team to nurture customer loyalty and increase lifetime value (LTV).
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, turning them into passionate advocates.
❤️ Team Management:
• Inspire and coach team members to achieve their best through thoughtful feedback, support, and professional development.
🤖 Automation & AI:
• Leverage advanced tools and AI to optimize growth strategies.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline marketing efforts as we move into 2025 and beyond.
📈 Subscriber Growth & Brand Building:
• Build and execute strategies to drive subscriber acquisition and retention.
• Optimize the user funnel, lifecycle marketing, and pricing/promotions.
• Expand WEEM’s presence on key social channels and execute impactful paid media campaigns.

This role is for someone who brings strategy, speed, and soul. You know how to build and scale, but you never lose sight of people, your team, your users, and the community we’re creating.

• Strong analytical skills, you use data to guide strategy, not overwhelm it
• Comfort navigating high-growth, high-ambiguity environments
• Clear communication, leadership skills, and an owner mentality
• Bonus: experience implementing AI tools or building internal automation
