About Us We’re a Series A fintech startup in downtown Boston revolutionizing how small and mid-sized businesses access and use capital. Our platform blends AI-powered decisioning with embedded financial tools, making it faster, smarter, and easier for SMBs to grow. Backed by top-tier VCs, we’re entering our next phase of rapid growth—and we’re hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to help lead the charge. About The Role As our first growth marketing leader, you’ll own the full demand engine—from strategy to execution. You’ll be responsible for building scalable, multi-channel campaigns that attract, convert, and retain new customers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance high-level planning with roll-up-your-sleeves execution. What You’ll Do • Own and drive full-funnel marketing strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led growth • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, etc. • Lead website, landing page, and funnel optimization (SEO, CRO, content strategy) • Run rapid A/B tests to improve CAC, LTV, activation, and conversion rates • Collaborate with product and sales on go-to-market campaigns and messaging • Own analytics, attribution, and marketing performance dashboards • Build the marketing stack and manage relationships with contractors or agencies • Lay the foundation for building a high-performing team post-Series B What We’re Looking For • 6+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or AI • Proven track record of acquiring and activating customers through digital and PLG channels • Expert-level understanding of paid media, SEO, and analytics • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, Webflow, Segment, etc. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment • Strategic thinker and executor with a bias for action • Bonus: Experience marketing to SMBs or working in embedded fintech / B2B2C models Why Join Us • Work at the intersection of fintech and AI—two of the most disruptive sectors today • Have a real impact on company direction and growth trajectory • Collaborate with a smart, mission-driven team in the heart of Boston • Competitive compensation, early-stage equity, and great benefits Posted By: Phillip Perkins
