Head of Marketing Tarporley, Cheshire – Hybrid but with regular presence. We are working in Partnership with Dayinsure to hire a Head of Marketing for their Cheshire HQ. About the Company: Founded in 2006, Dayinsure was the first company to offer temporary car insurance within a sector that is seeing >20% YoY growth. Dayinsure has a track record of product innovation and has forged key corporate insurer partnerships to maintain its position as a leader within the sector. Now with a new CEO in place, Dayinsure are embarking on an ambitious growth agenda and are seeking to retake a lead position within the sector. A new management team is being assembled with recruitment in key areas to support this growth, driving the businesses evolution across marketing, ecommerce, pricing, partnerships and data. The Role: Dayinsure are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Head of Marketing to develop and implement their D2C marketing strategy, develop their digital acquisition approach and build a highly effective and specialised consumer marketing team. This is a senior leadership position as the marketing leader at Dayinsure and will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the business through development and hands-on implementation of an innovative consumer marketing strategy. There is a growing marketing budget (currently c.Β£10m) and a clear focus to grow customer acquisition and retention across digital channels whilst optimising Cost-Per-Acquisition. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially focussed Marketing Leader with strong experience in D2C digital acquisition. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and implement Dayinsure’s D2C marketing strategy, aligned to the wider business goals and growth targets, bringing an innovative and creative approach to increase market share, grow commercial performance and improve Cost-Per-Acquisition. β€’ Drive customer acquisition through a multichannel approach, with a focus on Paid Channels. β€’ Monitor and analyse campaign performance, maximising ROI. β€’ Drive value and retain existing customers by building a world class CRM programme β€’ Lead and develop a high performing team of specialist consumer marketing professionals β€’ Ability to blend creative and brand thinking with data and media expertise β€’ Create brand advocacy to drive repeat purchases β€’ Own and manage the marketing budget c.Β£10m What We’re Looking For: β€’ Proven leader in a D2C digital marketing environment β€’ Commercially minded marketer with a track-record of driving growth in SME consumer services business β€’ Strong experience in Digital Marketing Strategy, particularly Paid Channels β€’ Strong leadership skills and experience managing a high performing team β€’ Experience managing CRM and loyalty activities β€’ App marketing experience would be beneficial β€’ Experience in a regulated environment is beneficial
