We’re seeking a Founder-Track Head of Growth - B2C who can own and scale Rex’s B2C growth engine. This leader must combine strategic growth expertise with hands-on marketing execution β€” from building funnels to creating engaging social content that parents and students love. What You’ll Do β€’ Build Direct-to-Consumer Growth Engine: Design and lead Rex’s B2C go-to-market strategy focused on parents, families, and students. β€’ β€’ Create Engaging Marketing Content: Develop reels, short-form videos, and marketing creatives to drive engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. β€’ β€’ Drive Social Media Presence: Build Rex’s parent-facing brand through consistent content, social media posts, and viral campaigns. β€’ β€’ Paid & Performance Marketing: Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube) with strong CAC/LTV metrics. β€’ β€’ Influencer & Community Growth: Partner with mom bloggers, parent influencers, and online learning communities to scale reach. β€’ β€’ Retention & Upsell: Optimize funnels, subscription retention, and upsell opportunities. β€’ β€’ Build Growth Team: Recruit and mentor marketers, content creators, and community managers. β€’ β€’ Analyze & Scale: Use AI-powered analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to increase ROI.
