Weβre seeking a Founder-Track Head of Growth - B2C who can own and scale Rexβs B2C growth engine. This leader must combine strategic growth expertise with hands-on marketing execution β from building funnels to creating engaging social content that parents and students love.
What Youβll Do
β’ Build Direct-to-Consumer Growth Engine: Design and lead Rexβs B2C go-to-market strategy focused on parents, families, and students.

β’ Create Engaging Marketing Content: Develop reels, short-form videos, and marketing creatives to drive engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

β’ Drive Social Media Presence: Build Rexβs parent-facing brand through consistent content, social media posts, and viral campaigns.

β’ Paid & Performance Marketing: Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube) with strong CAC/LTV metrics.
