Position Overview: This role will report to the Director of Sales & Operations Planning and will lead all aspects of our marketplace platforms - including sales performance, operations, and optimization - and will play a key role in shaping and executing initiatives that drive business growth. This role will lead a dedicated marketplace team focused on platform optimization, advertising performance, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical expertise, data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and strong relationship-building skills to continuously improve marketplace performance and drive sustained results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Marketplace Strategy & Execution: 1. Lead and execute comprehensive strategies across Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and other marketplace platforms. 1. Manage cross-functional teams overseeing sales, pricing, promotions, product listings, content optimization, and paid media. 1. Drive platform optimization strategies to improve conversion rates, accelerate revenue growth, and expand market share. Sales & Revenue Management: 1. Oversee sales performance, margin analysis, and promotional planning across all brands and platforms to achieve revenue and profitability targets. 1. Collaborating with Go-To-Market Strategy Leaders, implement sales strategies for a diverse portfolio of 20 brands to maximize marketplace performance. Ad Spend Management: 1. Lead the ad spend team managing campaigns across Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and other marketplace platforms. 1. Optimize ad spend and performance through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and continuous campaign refinement. Data & Performance Analytics: 1. Manage the product lifecycle through strategic launches, pricing adjustments, bundling, and variation tactics to maximize sales. 1. Continuously analyze performance dashboards and marketplace data to identify inefficiencies and through data-driven insights implement strategic improvements. 1. Lead a team focused on listing and content performance, ensuring ongoing improvements in SEO, conversion rates, and issue resolution. Leadership & Ownership: 1. Manage key relationships with marketplace buyers and other key stakeholders within the process 1. Education and Experience: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, eCommerce, Digital Commerce, or a related field β€’ 5+ years of experience in marketplace management, eCommerce, digital retail, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving measurable results Competencies and Skills: β€’ Proven success managing Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central. And Walmart Seller Center platforms β€’ Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of key metrics to drive performance and the factors that effect such metrics β€’ Continuous Improvement experience in optimizing processes within business and/or online sales platforms β€’ Experience managing paid media campaigns β€’ Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Physical Demands: β€’ Works in an office environment. β€’ Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. β€’ Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. β€’ Occasional travel approximately 10% of time, U.S. and International NOTE: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
