We're changing that by connecting brands, retailers, and independent sales reps in one platform β€” the operating system for wholesale distribution. Backed by Greylock Partners and showing strong product-market fit, we’re scaling fast. The Role We’re looking for a Head of Product to take full ownership of our three-sided marketplace product. You’ll shape the product roadmap, lead execution, and own outcomes across the core platform β€” from how reps close deals in the field to how brands grow distribution and retailers discover the right products. This is a hands-on leadership role. Ideal for someone who's been a founder, first PM, or technical builder who thrives in zero-to-one and one-to-ten environments. What You'll Do β€’ Own and evolve the product roadmap for RepRally’s core marketplace platform β€’ Lead mobile-first product experiences for field sales reps and store buyers β€’ Build recommendation and pricing engines to maximize marketplace efficiency β€’ Prioritize competing needs across brands, reps, and retailers β€’ Run rapid experiments to optimize sales rep efficiency, onboarding, product discovery, and conversion β€’ Work closely with a senior engineering team to ship with velocity β€’ Partner with founders to set product strategy and scale the org What We're Looking For β€’ 5+ years of product experience β€” ideally in startups, e-commerce or marketplaces β€’ Experience owning core product at a B2B or multi-sided platform β€’ Strong data chops (SQL, dashboards, experimentation frameworks) β€’ Comfortable working closely with engineering and go-to-market teams β€’ Proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments β€’ NYC-based (this role is in-office with the core team) Bonus Points β€’ Experience of scaling products from 0-1 β€’ Background in engineering or technical founder experience β€’ Built ML/AI-powered systems (recommendation, matching, pricing) β€’ Exposure to field sales, CPG, retail, or wholesale distribution β€’ Experience at high-growth companies like DoorDash, Faire, Uber, etc. β€’ Worked at Series A–C stage companies, scaling core products Why Join β€’ Own product at the heart of a high-growth, venture-backed marketplace β€’ Work directly with experienced founders and top-tier investors β€’ Tackle real-world problems in a massive, underserved industry β€’ Competitive salary, significant equity upside β€’ Covered health benefits, unlimited PTO, and fast execution culture
