Role Description:
Lincove is seeking a full-time, on-site Head of Sales, Marketing & Revenue to join our team at our headquarters in Newburgh, NY. As the Head of Sales, Marketing & Revenue you will oversee all revenue-generating operations and be directly responsible for driving growth through lead generation, account management, and sales strategy. You will also lead strategic planning and sales operations to ensure Lincove consistently meets and exceeds its revenue goals.
This position offers a base salary plus a commission-based structure tied to revenue performance, providing high earning potential for top performers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on revenue growth.
Prior success in driving revenue growth within the e-commerce industry is required.
Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, account management, and sales operations.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills to deliver measurable revenue results.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
A track record of successfully increasing sales revenue in a competitive market.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Newburgh, NY (this is not a remote or hybrid position).
