Role description
OverviewWe are seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales & eCommerce Specialist to lead our inbound sales operations and digital commerce initiatives. This mid-level role combines direct customer engagement, inside sales strategy, and online sales platform management across channels such as Amazon Marketplace, Shopify direct webstore sales.
Youโll take ownership of end-to-end sales activities โ from qualifying inbound leads to managing online listings and ensuring order fulfillment. The ideal candidate brings both sales acumen and operational rigor, with a strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, customer service, and CRM processes.
Job Responsibilities
[Inside Sales & Lead Management]
Respond to inbound sales inquiries from web forms, email, and online marketplaces.
Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle: quotation, order processing, fulfillment, and follow-up.
Prepare and negotiate pricing proposals and ensure timely communication with B2B and channel customers.
Own and manage shared sales inboxes, escalating technical or complex requests to relevant teams.
[eCommerce & Digital Channel Management]
Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Marketplace, Shopify, and other digital sales platforms.
Oversee listings, pricing, promotions, and product content updates to drive conversion and performance.
Monitor customer feedback, Q&A, and reviews across platforms to maintain brand integrity and satisfaction.
Analyze online sales trends and provide regular reporting on performance and inventory health.
[Sales Operations & Fulfillment Coordination]
Create and validate purchase and sales orders in CRM systems.
Coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment and invoice accuracy.
Maintain accurate CRM data for leads, accounts, and deal activity.
Support secure OTP token seed provisioning and related compliance documentation.
[Cross-Functional Collaboration]
Partner with marketing to maintain up-to-date digital assets and drive lead generation campaigns.
Collaborate with logistics, accounting, and product teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Support onboarding and account management for resellers and distribution partners.
Skills
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong sales acumen with 4+ years of experience in inside sales, eCommerce operations, or sales administrationโpreferably in tech, security, or hardware.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Proven customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Hands-on experience of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and market trends is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive results.
Familiarity with inventory, fulfillment, and compliance processes is a plus.
