Role Overview As a Junior Affiliate Manager at RGR Marketing, you’ll play a key role in growing our lead generation business by combining data-driven insights with relationship management. We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, personable, and an excellent communicator, especially over the phone. In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with external marketing partners while working closely with internal and external managers and executives to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth. This role offers a $50k base salary with $85k+ realistic total compensation and uncapped commission for high performers. Responsibilities Data Processing & Visualization ·     Develop polished and accurate weekly reports to track KPIs ·     Analyze campaign performance using Excel and present findings to Managers and C-level executives ·     Organize and present internal data on website traffic, conversions, campaign profitability & ROI Affiliate Marketing Management ·      Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners while ensuring full compliance with brand and FTC guidelines. ·      Optimize campaigns by auditing traffic sources and affiliate activities ·      Monitor affiliate activities for policy adherence and fraud prevention ·      Assist in payment reconciliations, and financial reporting Collaboration & Communication ·      Motivate affiliates through performance feedback and strategic guidance ·      Present data findings to internal teams and senior leaders. Required Skills & Qualifications Higher Education: Preferred, but not limited to Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analysis, or related field. Technical Skills: MS Office & Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) Communication: Exceptional written/verbal skills for executive reporting and affiliate relations.
