KJUS | Customer Service Representative

Salaried, Non-Exempt
Responsible for front-line communication with customers, consumers, and Sales Representatives by providing superior customer service. Properly ensure consistent communication of products, programs, availability, and lead time information while coordinating special projects and resolving concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities
Customer Service (60%)
β’ Expert in answering wholesale and ecommerce customer phone calls and emails, addressing customer concerns and/or needs in a professional, efficient, and caring manner.
β’ Evaluate, process, and complete warranty claims with professionalism and superior customer service
β’ Account Invoicing
β’ Retain a vast understanding of product lines
β’ Maintain working knowledge of company policy with regards to products and service policies
β’ Contact clients and agents to provide sales, product, pricing, and inventory data as required by sales team
β’ General administrative support to operations, sales, and marketing departments
β’ Assist with order processing and re-order requests
β’ Create and process returns for wholesale and ecommerce customers. Issue credits and refunds.
Record Keeping and Data Management (40%)
β’ Support in managing the accuracy, availability, and data integrity of inventory (including salesman samples) across all business systems
β’ Maintain customer files, orders, correspondence, invoices, payments
β’ Order entry and processing
β’ Consistent communication and follow up with third party logistics partner
β’ Assist with accurate, timely fulfillment and shipment of orders β both in house and nationally
β’ Coordinate with the marketing and e-commerce on direct-to-consumer promotions, events, etc.
β’ Assist with golf or ski trade show booths and/or events as needed
β’ Work at our seasonal and year-round retail stores as needed
Qualifications
β’ High school diploma or equivalent, bachelorβs degree preferred
β’ 2 years of eCommerce or customer service experience
β’ Extended periods of time sitting and/or standing, occasional lifting
β’ Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
β’ A passion for outdoor sports industry
