Title – Graphic Designer Duration – 6 + months (Possibility of extension) Location – Mason, OH Salary Range – $70 - $75/hr Job Description: We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring creative campaigns to life across digital, e-commerce, and retail platforms. You’ll turn business and consumer insights into impactful visuals, managing everything from concept to execution — including social media assets, e-retailer content, flagship store visuals, and more. What You’ll Do: • Develop creative campaign concepts and key visuals • Design up to 180 digital assets monthly for e-commerce & social media • Adapt and optimize existing designs for multiple formats • Create simple GIFs, IG Stories, and basic video content • Collaborate closely with regional teams and support major sales events • Deliver high-quality work with quick turnaround times What We’re Looking For: • Design degree and 3+ years’ experience in agency or in-house design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong creativity with attention to detail and fast execution skills • Basic knowledge of print and color management a plus • Excellent communication skills for cross-regional collaboration Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
