Job Role: Lead Product Manager, Web Merchandising Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid- M-Th in-office; WFH Friday) Experience: 8-10 + Years Contract: W2 Only/ No C2C Visa: All Visa except OPTs Client: Kforce / Confidential Ideal experience is retail industry Β· 5+ years of product management or senior business analyst experience within a retail-technology organization Β· Deep experience in web merchandising solutions in large catalogue organizations Β· Experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale eCommerce projects from vision through implementation. Β· Ideal candidate will have experience in a large re-platform project Β· Strong stakeholder management – experience being the lead representing the business, owning requirements gathering and documentation in the form of user stores Β· Experience being involved in change management efforts, as a result of the new application/software delivered Primary Skills What We’re Looking For: Β· 5 years in Product Management or Sr. Business Analyst roles within retail/eCommerce tech Experience in web merchandising Β· large product catalogues, and re-platform initiative’s Proven ability to lead requirements gathering Β· change management and cross-functional collaboration High technical aptitude Β· ability to understand workflows, integrations and partner with engineering Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence Β· DAM experience is a plus This is a unique opportunity to build an enterprise platform from the ground up and directly impact how digital merchandising is executed at scale.
