Role description
• 5+ years of product management or senior business analyst experience within a retail-technology organization • Proven experience owning large re-platform projects with heavy brand adoption, change management components & technical aptitude (ideally in a retail setting) • Deep experience in web merchandising solutions in large catalog organizations • Experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale eCommerce projects from vision through implementation. • Ideal candidate will have experience in a large re-platform projects • Strong stakeholder management – experience being the lead representing the business, owning requirements gathering and documentation in the form of user stores • Experience being involved in change management efforts, as a result of the new application/software delivered • Hight technical aptitude (understand abstract concepts, understand complex workflow requirements and communicate those to engineering) • Retail experience – understanding of products, SKUs, web merchandising categories, product information and images • Experience with Enterprise Digital Assess Management is a plus • Ability to interface with business as well as technology teams • Strong interpersonal skills/team player and demonstrated the ability to work with various teams harmoniously while keeping project releases on time and on budget • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with partners across the organization. • Experience working within Scrum or other Agile environments • Experience with Jira & Confluence, specifically authoring effective JIRA stories for functional requirements, detailed acceptance criteria and prioritization with delivery teams • Bachelor's degree in computers, engineering or equivalent experience. • Strong drive towards execution; can-do type of person • Good communication skills and an ability to lead and influence others. • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
