Role description
We have partnered with a home organization company that is looking for a UI/UX Lead with a background in UI/UX for websites to join their team, full time. This is fully onsite, 5 days/week in City of Industry, CA. Responsibilities • Lead the design team from concept through execution across responsive web and mobile platforms. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc. • Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and design best practices. • Work closely with marketing teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and target audience needs. • Proactively test, iterate, and optimize designs to improve KPIs such as conversion rates, task success rates, and engagement. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of Website design, ecommerce and digital design projects. • 3+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring others on a creative team. • Strong sense of UX principles to enhance the usability and effectiveness of our website. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO is a plus. • Bachelor's degree • Previously working on a lead generation site would be a plus and experience in Webflow is a major plus.
