Position Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Loyalty and Affiliate programs. This role is key to deepening customer relationships, driving repeat purchases, and maximizing customer lifetime value. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our retention channels, working closely with both the Brand and Ecommerce teams to ensure these programs align with NOMATIC’s overall growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Email Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, ensuring a cohesive customer journey from first purchase to long-term loyalty.
• SMS Marketing: Manage Attentive campaigns and automations, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and testing to drive engagement and conversions.
• Affiliate Marketing: Oversee NOMATIC’s affiliate program, managing relationships with partners, optimizing commission structures, and driving incremental revenue through strategic outreach.
• Direct Mail: Plan and execute direct mail campaigns for targeted customer segments, integrating them with digital retention efforts to maximize response and ROI.
• Loyalty Program Management: Own strategy and execution of NOMATIC’s loyalty program, driving customer engagement, repeat purchase, and long-term brand advocacy.
• Collaborate with brand and product teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
• Build and maintain retention-focused reporting dashboards; track KPIs including open/click rates, conversion, repeat purchase rate, and revenue per recipient.

• Stay on top of retention marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep NOMATIC at the forefront.

• Leverage AI-powered offer engine to scale and automate targeting and personalization of customer lifecycle marketing with a goal of driving increased customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM, ideally in an eCommerce or agency environment.
• Proven track record managing Email, SMS, Direct Mail and/or Affiliate programs.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, Shopify, PostPilot, Asana, and Blackcrow strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for customer experience and brand storytelling.
